Our Standard Fireplace Service Package is recommended annually. All parts and labour are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Add a second fireplace for $200. See through and three-sided units are $249
We also offer a service only option: $185. Add a second fireplace for $160. See through and three-sided units add $40.
Service Includes:
- Clean glass with recommended glass cleaner and inspect gasket
- New ember and paint for touch ups as needed
- Clean logs/media
- Clean burner, panels, inside/outside firebox
- Check fan operation
- Clean pilot assembly and connections
- Check flame height and colour
- Clean gas line/orfice and gas valve including safety check for gas/CO leaks
- Check for proper ignition and combustion
- Visually check venting when accessible

IMPORTANT! Please ensure your fireplace has not been turned on prior to our service call (within 8 hours).
The technician will be unable to complete the service call if the fireplace is hot.
