- Clean glass with recommended glass cleaner and inspect gasket
- New ember and paint for touch ups as needed
- Clean equipment exterior
- Check and clean fan operation
- Clean pilot, flame height/colour and burners
- Check gas pilot safety system including valves
- Check for proper ignition and combustion
- Visually check venting and chimney draw, where accessible
- Check for adequate combustion and ventilation air

Please ensure your fireplace has not been turned on prior to our service call (within 8 hrs). The technician will be unable to complete the service call if the fireplace is hot.
